Our process begins with an initial consultation where clients specify exact dimensions, fiber blend ratios (e.g. 70% Wool / 30% Silk), and pantone colors using our ARS color box system.
Within 3 to 4 weeks, we produce a 1x1 ft physical sample (strike-off) for client sign-off before full-scale loom production begins, guaranteeing 100% satisfaction.
