Packaging
Every rug is brushed, inspected under daylight lamps, rolled onto a rigid core, wrapped in acid-free tissue and sealed in waterproof film before crating. Silk pieces travel in a rigid tube.
Domestic delivery
UAE deliveries are made by our own team within 2–4 working days, including placement in the room of your choice and removal of packaging.
International shipping
We ship worldwide by air and sea freight. Air freight typically arrives in 5–9 working days; sea freight in 4–7 weeks. Tracking is issued on dispatch.
Duties and customs
Quotes are DAP by default: freight is included, and import duties or taxes are payable by the recipient. DDP terms are available on request for contract projects.
Contract installation
For hotel and commercial programmes we coordinate phased delivery to site, underlay fitting and white-glove installation with your project manager.
