Quotations
Every quotation is prepared individually and is valid for 30 days. Prices depend on final size, material, knot density and destination, which is why we quote rather than publish fixed prices.
Deposits and payment
Stock rugs are paid in full before dispatch. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces require a 50% deposit to begin weaving, with the balance due before shipping.
Production lead times
Stock pieces ship within five working days. Hand-tufted commissions take 8–12 weeks; hand-knotted commissions take 6–9 months depending on size and knot count. Dates quoted are estimates given in good faith.
Custom approvals
For bespoke orders we supply a strike-off sample for written approval. Once approved, colour and pile are locked and cannot be changed without a new production run.
Returns
Stock rugs may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition at the buyer's cost. Bespoke and custom-sized rugs are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
Warranty
All hand-knotted rugs carry a ten-year structural warranty covering weave and foundation. Natural abrash, slight size variance of up to 2% and initial shedding are characteristics of handmade rugs, not defects.
