What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, city and the details of the rug you are interested in. If you arrive from a QR code we also record the code identifier, landing page, device type and timestamp.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to prepare your quotation, arrange samples and deliveries, and follow up on your enquiry. Aggregated scan and view data helps us understand which showroom displays and catalogues generate interest.
Who can see it
Quote requests are visible only to authenticated Atelier Loom staff. We never sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with third parties except logistics partners handling your delivery.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for five years so we can support warranty claims and reorders on rugs you have purchased. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Write to studio@atelierloom.com to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
